A Simplicity Cremations Prepaid Funeral Plan covers all of the essential elements for a simple funeral including cremation fees, a simple wood effect coffin, collection from the place of rest 24 hours a day in our specialised vehicles, care at our mortuaries and the return of your ashes.

Your family will have the freedom to make additional arrangements when the time comes.

Our funeral plans do not include some of the more expensive costs such as a hearse, limousines and pallbearers. This means we can provide our funeral services for much less than a traditional funeral director.

A Simplicity Cremations Prepaid Funeral Plan is one of the most affordable ways of paying for your funeral in advance. You’ll know exactly how much you have to pay without having to worry about inflation or future price rises.

The Funeral Planning Authority (FPA) regulates providers in the UK prepaid funeral plan industry, to ensure providers are operating in a way that will result in customers receiving the funeral services that they have paid for in their funeral plan when the time comes.

Any registered provider must operate in line with a stringent set of Rules and a Code of Practice.

As an FPA registered provider, we adhere to the required standards to ensure we can provide our customers with the funeral plan they have purchased.

We offer a range of flexible payment options so you can choose to pay for your funeral plan in the most convenient way for you, whether that be a single payment, over a year or over up to 120 monthly instalments.

You can spread the cost of our funeral plans over a duration of up to 10 years (120 months), provided all payments over any instalment term longer than 12 months are completed by the 80th birthday of the person named on the plan and the instalment term does not exceed the maximum term available.

Whichever way you choose to pay for your funeral plan, you can be safe in the knowledge that your plan is in good hands and you can rely on us to carry out your funeral according to your wishes when the time comes.

As an FPA registered provider, our finances and procedures are independently reviewed by the Authority. It is a requirement for registered providers to place the funds paid for the funeral plan into an independently managed trust fund or a whole of life insurance policy.

The money you pay for your Simplicity Cremations Prepaid Funeral Plan goes into the National Trust Fund, where the funds required for your funeral are held securely and managed carefully to make sure that the services in your plan are covered. The Trust is independently managed by some of the UK’s most respected investment companies, so you can be sure it will be properly protected.

As part of the Dignity group, one of the UK’s most respected group of funeral directors, even in the unlikely event that the Trust is unable to cover the funeral plan costs, we should be able to meet the promises made to the Planholder.
